1. Can I trade in any brand of radio?

The answer to that varies. If you've bought a handheld or mobile radio from our website before, you're in luck! Just provide us your previous order ID and proof, and you're eligible for a trade-in.

For HF radios, the rules are slightly different. You should have purchased a previous Xiegu model from our website. So, if you've got an Xiegu X108G, G1M, G106, G90, GSOC, X5105, or X6100 and you can show us your order ID and proof, then you're all set to apply for a trade-in!

2. Am I required to return my current radio?

No need to. We do not require you to send back your current radio.

3. How long does the review process take?

The review process will be completed within 24 hours (during normal business hours).

4. How many times am I allowed to apply?

Only one application can be submitted for each type of radio device (handheld radio, mobile radio or HF radio) for each e-mail address.

5. Which regions are eligible for the trade-in program?

The trade-in program is available in the US, EU, UK, NO, CA, AU, MX, NZ, CO, JP.

6. Can I use two coupons at once?

No, only one coupon can be utilized at a time.

7. How can I find my order ID and order page?

No problem at all! Just log in to your account, and you'll find all your order details right there.

8. What happens if I don't have an account?

Well, we'd highly recommend you create one. Once you've got an account set up with us, you can look over all your previous orders using the same email address.

9. I didn't receive my reward discount even though I provided the correct order ID and proof, and it's been over 24 business hours. What should I do?
